These boots are beautiful. and fit perfectly straight out of the box! I received them yesterday, and wore them all day yesterday and today. I ordered the brown in a 9, which is my usual size. I have a narrow foot, and the laces help with adjusting snugly through ankle and calf. The leather is very, very soft, and moves with you as you walk. Just splendid. Not at all shiny, and darker than in the picture. The price is steep but these boots are so well constructed that I am sure I will wear these for10 years minimum - so $28 a year is not too bad! Made in the US too, you can't go wrong with that. Even the shoebox is cool. Buy them before they're all gone. It does not look like the company is re-issuing this style.

Hands down the coolest boots I've ever bought and I've bought a lot of boots! The most perfect combat boots ever!! The leather is GORGEOUS! Not shiny like the photos (which I was a little worried about) just aged and buttery and perfect. Did I mention perfect?? Fits great, super comfortable even without insoles. LOVE THESE. Get em while you can!!!

Straight out of the box the most comfortable boots I’’ve ever owned. I wore them for a full shift at work clearly I have a pretty liberal employer if I can get away with combat boots and for the first time in years I wasn’’t racing home to get my shoes off. Beautifully made and worth every penny.
