Timely delivery, product as advertised. Lost one star because the quality of this shoe has diminished in recent years.Still this is the only laced shoe that I have found in my size.

I've been buying this shoe for years. Having an extremely wide foot with arch support issues, these shoes are some of the few that I have wear comfortably all day at work. An excellent product that lasts for years!

I use these for work. I stand 8 hours on hard floors and my legs and feet aren't sore or aching at the in of my shift.

I stand on my feet as a cashier at Walmart all day and my feet and back never hurt me. I have been wearing soft spots for about 15 yesrs. Another associate told me about them. She never told me wrong. I wouldn't wear anything else.Thanks Shoeline.com for carrying soft spots! I love them??Mary!

I am 78 and have been wearing Softspots for a long time. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have been a volunteer at a nursing home for 15 years and walk probably two miles in the building every day but my feet feel great I looked for Softspots everywhere in Joplin but they are not available so thankfully I could find them on the internet. Never stop making them

I say that yes I would recommend this product to a friend advisedly because when I ordered it as a medium width expecting it to fit like the Softspots of very similar appearance from 5 or 6 years ago which just wore out this winter after heavy wear I actually had to exchange it twice after that to get the correct fit which was a WW And my foot still fits my other Dexter shoes which are also 5 or 6 years old and haven’’t worn out yet so I know my foot hasn’’t changed much. Luckily shoeline.com has a generous exchange and shipping policy for free.

The shoe I was looking for was similar to this one-it was a Softspots shoe I bought about 8 years ago at the Dexter outlet in Keene NH which has since moved. This one I did not find on your site but the Softspots shoe which was closest to it that I ordered fit much less wide and I had to return it. I won’’t actually know for sure if it fits a half size smaller or not until I try the exchange I’’ve asked you to send. Thank you.

I HAVE A PAIR OF THESE SHOES IN NAVY WHICH MUST BE 15 OR MORE YEARS OLD AND THEY STILL LOOK LIKE NEW. I’’M JUST DELIGHTED TO FIND THEM AGAIN IN BLACK. THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE FOR MY WIDE DIABETIC FEET.

I was so happy to find this type of shoe had always got them from JCPenneys and they have discontinued them. As soon as I get these paid for will order another pair. I am on cement floors 10 to 12 hours 4 days a week. They are a lifesavor.

I purchased these shoes because I will be working in a health care setting but not in uniform and I will need a very supportive but non-white shoe. I was AMAZED at the fit of these shoes I have a narrow foot and these fit like a glove I have worn them several times so far and they are extremely comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend these to anyone who has to be on their feet all day. I plan to buy them in another color as soon as I can

I purchased these shoes for my elderly aunt. They are no longer available in stores near her or by phone order from the company she was purchasing them from. She is not computer savy and was desperate to find these shoes since these are the only shoes she can were comfortably since her hip replacement.

Have been wearing this brand in this particular style different colors for over 15 years which speaks for how I like this shoe. Well made long lasting very comfortable not the classiest looking I would choose if my weird feet would permit but wonderful for fit and comfort.

The shoes arrived promptly and cutomer service was very good. I am on my feet all day and needed a comfortable shoe with support I had to return the first pair because they were way too small I had ordered 1/2 size larger and ordered another 1/2 size larger which fit. They give good support but I would have liked more cushion in the footbed. overall I am satisfied with the shoes and will probably order more.

My only wish is that I had discovered Soft Spots earlier in my life I have what I call "Retail Feet" after spending thirty-eight years managing a luggage and leathergoods store. A tie shoe is a "must". Easy Spirit and SAS are just not as comfortable and wear out much sooner. I love my Soft Spots

I’’ve been wearing Softspot shoes for probably 15 years. I wear two sizes due to having been born with a club foot. I find I can and have taken them from the box put them on and left for a two-week European vacation which included a lot of walking. They work in Greece as well. The leather always matches and the shoes look good. Since I purchased four pairs this review applies to all.
