They are very flexible. The arch support is not very much, but I added orthodontic inserts. They are really very long, think I could have gone a full size smaller but with tight lacing and adding my inserts they are okay. I think its weird that they have lavender stitching. For something I hope to keep for many years, I would rather it have been black or white.

They are very comfortable. I usually wear a 7 but they told me to get 1/2 size bigger. They are good but loose in the back but just wearing a thick sock.
