Returns/Exchanges for Website Purchases

If you are unhappy with your order you may return your purchase within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. Shoes must be in original, unworn condition to be accepted for returns/exchange (unless defective). Beyond 30 days, our products are warranted against defects and workmanship (at the company's sole and absolute discretion).

This return policy only applies to purchases directly through Shoeline.com and is not applicable or transferable to any purchase made through another retailer or retail affiliate. Please refer to the return policy of such retailer or retail affiliate for the return policy applicable to your purchase, which policy may be different than that for Shoeline.com.

To begin a return, you will need to access the Order Detail page for the item you wish to return. This page can be accessed in one of two ways:

  1. Using the 'Check Order' form; you will need your Order Number, Email Address and Billing Zip Code associated with your order which you can find in your Order Confirmation email.
  2. Or Through your Order History if you have created an account with us.

From the Order Detail page you can click 'Begin Return' to create a pre-paid UPS return label for the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You can also choose to download the "QR Code" (quick response code) that you can scan on your mobile device at your local UPS shipping location instead of printing the label at home. Please be sure to enclose a completed Merchandise Return Form with your package.

Enclosed in every order is (excluding 'Final Sale' items):

  • Merchandise Return Form to be filled out

Customers are responsible for any UPS or USPS charges relating to Residential Pick-Up Services

If you did not receive a Merchandise Return Form with your order, please print, fill out, and return this Return Form (Acrobat PDF) for your return/exchange.

Straight returns are charged a $6.95 fee if you download and print the provided UPS pre-paid return label or scan the provided QR code at a UPS location. If you choose to not use one of our labels, the cost of shipping an item to us is the responsibility of the customer. (Note: exceptions to this policy are made for defective items). No shipping charges will be applied to exchange orders.

Please note that on all exchange requests you will be refunded for the item you return and then charged for the new item when it ships out to you.

We will process your return/exchange 1-2 days after it is received at our warehouse. You will receive an email from us to confirm the receipt and processing of your return. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund credit to appear on your credit card/bank account.
