Just want to say your service re my recent order for a pair of Navigator II's was excellent. The local Dexter Outlet store closed recently and the Dexter retailers in the area don't carry 2W widths so ordering them through you was my only option. I placed my order on Tuesday and received the shoes on Thursday. Many thanks. I'll be ordering again.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from your company- the first time I've purchased shoes on line. I must tell you, most retail stores could learn from your performance. I was pleasantly surprised that the shoes were in stock, impressed by the speed and efficiency with which my order was processed, and very happy to have my order in hand within 3 business days. I ordered a pair of boots and changed my mind regarding the model, sent you an email about it, and got the boots I wanted IN THREE DAYS! Thank you so much! Your customer service is UNBELIEVABLE! This could have been problematic, for sure. I'm certainly going to order from you in the future. In fact, my fiancee is so jealous of my new boots, I'll probably have to order later tonight. The new boots, Double H, are fantastic. The shoes were received very promptly and fit perfectly! Don't worry, my family will be placing other orders with you. The service was terrfic and Dexter shoes are wonderful. My husband has extra wide feet and we shopped all over the mall looking for shoes to fit, then we came home and tried the web, and sure enough there were the same shoes he had completely worn out, after all, he only had them 8 years! I must congratulate you on your styles, as well as good prices. For years I thought I had to pay lots to get european comfort, with your styles you showed me different. Plus european shoes are mostly made Indonesia , China or elsewhere onlt they lie about labels. You have made many points to me in your shoeline, that I CAN GET COMFORT AT HALF THE COST.
